We have several booths without chairpersons. Being a booth chair is both fun and rewarding. You don’t have to STAY in the booth all weekend. This is great for a ministry to manage. You can even partner with a family or friend and each take a day or make a schedule to supervise your booth. Your responsibilities are:

Get ready for family fun and entertainment for all ages! Read the bulletin for weekly information on Festival preparations, volunteer sign-ups, the Grand Raffle, silent and live auction donations, upcoming ticket and T-shirt sales, as well as dinner tickets to the homemade barbecue dinner served on Sunday, April 26.
Want to be a part of one of the biggest attractions at the Festival? The Live and Silent Auction is on Sunday, April 26. This event is the single largest fundraiser for our church.
Silent Auction - 12:30-2 p.m.
Accepts donations such as themed baskets and collections, new retail items (fashion or decorative nature), and certificates for unique services.
Live Auction - Begins at 3 p.m.
Accepts donations such as larger retail items (electronics, outdoor furniture, kid’s amusements, etc.), trips, major event tickets and home improvement services.
Visit www.ctrcc.com/festival for a list of donation suggestions.
Need someone to do the shopping for you? We accept cash donations! Let us know of donation online and sign up to help with the auction or other Festival events.
For Auction questions, contact Tony and Beckie Croes at firstname.lastname@example.org or 281-304-8898.
Confetti Eggs - Start saving egg shells and confetti for confetti eggs. These eggs are easy to save! Tap out a hole on the top of the egg about the size of a nickel. Pour out the contents for your cooking, rinse out and save the shell. Turn shells into the Parish Office anytime.
Flea Market - Gently used garage sale items are wanted to sell at the Festival such as furniture, toys, books, DVDs, household items, etc. Donations can be dropped off starting Sunday, April 19 in the Community Center for pre-sorting and pricing. We don’t accept clothing, TVs, computers, monitors, and printers.
Plants - If you have a green thumb, start growing household plants, bedding flats or whatever you’re good at and donate them to the plant booth to sell! You may also choose to purchase items to donate.
For questions, contact Mike and Camille Havelka at 281-373-5322 or email@example.com.
