Christ the Redeemer St. Anne’s Society is selling their “Gather Us In” Cookbook! The recipes were submitted by the moms of our St. Anne’s Society and they are proud to share them with you. All proceeds for the cookbook will go to serve the needs of Christ the Redeemer Catholic School and the Genesis Early Childhood Program. Thank you for your support!
St. Anne’s Society is a ministry for mothers of all ages providing opportunities to meet for spiritual, social and educational enrichment. It is our hope that through participation in St. Anne’s Society, members will be rewarded with friendships that will last a lifetime and spiritual nourishment for their journey through motherhood.
Meetings are typically held at 7 p.m. on the third Thursday of the month. All are welcome to join us to pray the rosary at 6:30 p.m. before the meeting. In addition to monthly meetings, the society will host family events, parent/child outings, mother’s socials and much more. Members will also have many opportunities to support our church family and the community beyond CtR through various social outreach endeavors.

Founded in 2006, our goal is to continue our growth as Catholics and mothers with interactive and inspirational fun at our general meetings. During the 2014-2015 year we had 59 members. We will continue to focus on building the group’s membership and cultivating friendships, while fulfilling our spiritual nourishment with a scripture reflection and small discussion at each meeting. We will be discussing our challenges and then sharing our successes and solutions.
So that we can all enjoy adult fellowship, babysitting will be available at the general meetings for $5 a family. Newborn and nursing infants are welcome at meetings.

Outside of our regular monthly meetings we will provide various social opportunities including parent-child outings, moms-only socials, date nights, and family activities. The schedule will be varied so everyone will have an opportunity to participate. You decide what sounds fun and fits best into your schedule.
Have a suggestion for a social outing? Contact Melissa at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you want to give back to the church and community but you are not sure how? We will schedule and coordinate opportunities for you to do just that — keeping in mind we are all busy moms.
