Bereavement Ministry (Samaritan)

Ministry Purpose: The purpose of the Samaritan Bereavement Ministry is to provide comfort, support, and guidance for the bereaved of the parish through calls, visits, and prayers. The bereavement team meets 4th Tuesdays from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. for training and discussion. Three sessions of training prepare volunteers to minister to the bereaved. The average time commitment is 3-5 hours per month. We are prayerful we will be blessed by God's calling of parishioners to minister to the bereaved.
