Catholic Scripture Study International is a program whose members not only study the Sacred Scriptures, but through them, come to a deeper understanding of their Catholic faith in a setting that builds Christian fellowship.
Classes are suitable for beginners through advanced levels. The selected study for each year is studied within the context of the whole Word of God, Sacred Tradition and the Magisterium. Each lesson includes study commentaries written by leading Scripture Scholars and authors; references to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Papal encyclicals, Writings of the Early Church Fathers and the Saints. Every lesson is accompanied by a weekly 30-minute video lecture presented by a Catholic priest.
CSS, which includes groups around the world, runs from September to May. CSS study groups meet weekly for 25-28 weeks depending on the study. Additional study tools are available to students on the CSS Program website, such as online bibles, the Catechism, as well as maps, pictures and articles. Visit
