Studies show that having dates with your spouse regularly is an essential ingredient for a healthy marriage. You may ask “Why?” The answer is that a special night set aside for you and your spouse to spend more time together will rekindle the flame and remind you of the reason you got married in the first place! So, come and join us and many of our CtR couples for Date Night.
Christ the Redeemer offers various marriage enrichment programs for Date Night. In the past, we have offered 10 Great Dates to Energize Your Marriage, 6 Great Dates for Catholic Couples and the Beatitudes for Couples.
Dates are held from 6:30 – 9 p.m. on the third Friday of each month. Topics do not build on each other, so you do not need to attend every month to benefit from this great program. Before leaving for your personal date, there will be a brief discussion of the night’s topic. Date ideas include dinner, taking a walk or a drive, coffee and dessert, etc. Anything that will allow fruitful discussion and quality time with each other.
Childcare is provided for children 6 months and older for $5 per family. To RSVP and for more information, please contact datenight@ctrcc.com.
Even though we can't go out on a date, we put together a list of Date Night activities for you that you can do at home. We also added our 10 questions for you at the end. We hope you enjoy your homemade Date Night versions and can't wait to see you all soon.

10 Questions for your date
Almighty and eternal God,
You blessed the union of married couples
so that they might reflect the union of Christ
with his church:
look with kindness on them.
renew their marriage covenant,
increase your love in them,
and strengthen their bond of peace
so that, with their children
they may always rejoice in the gift of
your blessing.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
Amen.
