ADULT CONFIRMATION
Information Meeting Jan. 12, 2014
Catholic Adults who are active in the practice of their faith but have never received the Sacrament of Confirmation are encouraged to do so. The formation process focuses on those who are ready, through maturity and a change of heart, to respond more deeply to God’s invitation of love.
Unlike adolescent Confirmation, adult Confirmation formation attempts to integrate more fully the richness of their life experiences by helping them to listen and reflect how God has faithfully walked with them on their life’s journey. For some adults, this might be at age 20, for others it might be at age 60.
We will hold an information meeting at 12:30 p.m. on Jan. 12, 2014 the Parish Office, Room 112 for all who are interested in beginning this process. Classes begin on May 4.
For more information, please contact Deacon Jack Alexander, director of Adult Faith Formation and RCIA, at 281-469-5533, ext 5414.
