“We are not on earth to guard a museum, but to cultivate a flowering garden of life.”
Pope John XXIII made this statement at the opening of Vatican II. He noticed a staleness in the air, that something was missing. St. Pope John Paul II carried on this philosophy, engaging young people around the world. In the Spirit of J.P.II, come and join other 18 to 35 year-old, “Like Minded” people on Jan. 20, for a Young Adult Day of Prayer.
Our Parish needs your support and your leadership. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is alive in our Church with the Spirit of God calling all His children to gather as one. Single, married, involved in the parish, or looking for a place to start, this young adult day of prayer is for everyone. Come, share your experiences, and pray with us as Jesus guides us through the day.
We will gather for a meal at noon and our day will end at the 5 p.m. mass with a blessing for all young adults. Please click the link below to register.
