How to Register for 2024-25
2024-25 Registration: Wait List
Registration for the 2024-25 school year is full. To join the waitlist, please call our front office at 832-678-5432.Register in-person at the Genesis Reception area.
There is currently no online registration option. When you come to register, please
bring:- The non-refundable registration fee for each child
- Completed and signed Registration Forms 1, 2, and 3 (linked on this page)
- Your registration is not complete without the required registration fee paid by check, money order or cashier's check made payable to CtR.
ALL INFORMATION ON THE FORMS MUST BE FILLED IN COMPLETELY. If any question does not apply, please write N/A in the space provided. The Immunization Record (Form 4) and the Child’s Medical Statement of Health (Form 5) will be due on Aug. 8, 2024. Form 6 is only required if your child has a food allergy diagnosed by a physician.
The Immunization Records and the Child’s Medical Statement of Health can be mailed
to the address below, emailed to [email protected], faxed to 281-469-8441, or
