Monica D'Amico

I am so excited to be working with our engaged couples preparing them for marriage. I hope to be able to minister to help build stronger existing marriages and families.

Monica joined the CtR Pastoral Staff in May 2024 as Coordinator of Marriage and Family Life.

Born in Lake Charles, Monica earned a bachelor's degree in Geology and a Master of Art in Psychology - Marriage and Family Therapy. She worked in the oil and gas industry for 12 years before transitioning to a Behavioral Health Specialist with Baylor and Harris Health for 20 years.

As a CtR parishioner, Monica has been involved in several ministries, including serving as an EMHC and being on the core team for ACTS Retreats. She was recently married at CtR and has one daughter. In her free time, Monica enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
